Trying to access training

I was sent an invitation to start my training

Click on the link in the email to access to your training. Follow any on screen instructions.

I was sent a link to start my training

Click on the link and enter your full name and email address. You will either be granted immediate access or you may be told that a confirmation email has been sent. The confirmation email will contain a link which allows you to access your training.

I was told a confirmation link would be sent in an email but it didn't arrive.

Please check your spam/junk folder. We would also advise that you add the email address online-training@mg.trainingtoolz.com to your safe sender list.
If all else fails, try clicking the link again and be very careful when entering your email address to ensure it is correct. If you get further issues, refer to the tips below.

The form is asking me for an Access Token

The access token is one way of accessing your training. If you have been given an access token, enter it into the form.

If you were not given an access token and instead clicked on an access link, you may see this message if the link was not copied correctly or if you clicked 'refresh' or the back button on your browser.
The simplest solution is to locate the link you were given and then click on it again or carefully copy and paste the link into your browser. Be careful when copying that you copy the entire link correctly.

When I click the link I get the message "These credentials have already been used to access this assignment and can not be used again."

This means you have already started the process of accessing the training via this link. You will have been sent an email with a link to access the training. Please check your spam/junk folder. We would also advise that you add the email address online-training@mg.trainingtoolz.com to your safe sender list.

I'm looking for some training I have started or completed in the past

If you have started some training in the past or you want to find your certificate(s) or review previous training, you can do that by clicking the link below. You will be asked to enter the email address associated with the training. If the email address matches our records you will be sent a secure link to access you training - the link is only valid for 1 hour. After this time you will need to go back to this page and generate a new link.

Click www.equitoolzcreate.com/find_my_training to access past training.

I get the message "Access to this assignment is not currently possible."

This means that the link you are using is for an assignment which not currently available - in this case contact the person who sent you the link and let them know.
